"It Tis the Season..."

Westminster, CO- Yes, "it Tis the Season" for caring and sharing!  OH, let's not forget about the White Christmas, too!!  Oops, we are a bit early... but that is Denver and Colorado weather!!
It is one of those days that you might as well just stay inside and work on the internet!!  I mean... why get in a snow bank or worse, an accident??

Why not discover "What Your Home Is Worth", and stay warm in the process!!

For those that MUST get out and drive, please be careful and we wish you the very best on returning home without incident!!
I will take this moment to reflect upon the wonderful blessings we have received over this year, 2015.   We look forward to another exciting year in 2016, and will continue to improve in our lives and business!
The very Best Wishes to all of you and your Family!!

"The Denver Weather Keeps Us On Our Toes!

"The Denver Weather Keeps Us On Our Toes!"

Westminster, CO - The weather in Denver will always bring about a changing climate, and of course, we are a Mile High above sea level.  This sunset photo was taken last night, while driving West in Denver.

For all of those visiting Denver, remember when you SEE the mountains, then you are looking West.  This seems to be our best reference point for visitors trying to navigate through the Front Range and the Greater Metro area of Denver.

This day was so gorgeous, it reached about 87 degrees in our neck of the woods, Westminster.  Compare this with May 1st, when we had a snow storm and 25 degree temperature.

We are glad to see a lot more snowfall in the mountain ranges, since our water levels depend so much on the snow melt.  Not to mention other States that depend on the run off from the Colorado River, which dumps into Lake Mead outside of Las Vegas!!

"From snow to heat in Denver within 2 weeks!"

We are seeing LOTS of strange weather conditions through-out the Country!
What is happening in your neck of the woods??

"April Showers Bring May Flowers?"

"April Showers Bring May Flowers?"

Westminster, CO - Remember that ole saying, "April Showers Bring May Flowers?   In Denver, we always laugh about that saying and many of us replace the words to say, "April Snows Bring May Woes!"  Why woes?

Since, April is typically the 2nd snowiest month of the year... yes, April is, with March being the 1st snowiest month.  It usually creates lots of snow in the mountains thus creating a lot of water run off with the rivers and creeks, in May.  This too, can cause some flash flooding through-out the state, as well as in the Denver area.

Yet, this snow fall is still a welcomed event.  The snow base is probably still down 35% from normal years, and this is what keeps our mountains out of "fire danger" and water droughts through-out the summer months.  We must keep our lawns pretty and green!!
Besides, we had our Spring warm weather over the last few days, like in the 70's!!
LIFE IS GOOD!!
