Westminster, CO - We are re-posting our Video from last year when we went out on a campaign to get the Mortgage Debt Relief Act extended for another year!!
Congress did it for a one year extension in December 2012, and another is necessary due to the carry over of foreclosures notices by the Banks.
This Bill is so important to help Sellers (borrowers of loans) to minimize any Tax Liability by removing this element from a deficiency of debt!! It informs the IRS to NOT create a tax burden from the 1099 form issued by the Banks.
